The Wang family opened the family archives, a collection of over thirty years of recipes, to deliver their patrons the best Chinese cuisine. The menu is a blend of traditional Chinese fare and recipes featuring modern interpretations of classic Chinese flavors. At Howard Wang’s Southlake, our guests dine in a stylish atmosphere that Zagat describes as “well-appointed.” Our modern decor and atmosphere, coupled with our exquisite collection of Asian beers and craft cocktails blend to create the ideal night out for after-work drinks, romantic date nights, or a boisterous reunion of friends and family. Howard Wang’s Southlake Menu Highlights

The menu offerings include a tour of Asian specialties to start your meal or accompany a cocktail. Order a bowl of spicy Endamame for the table (regular is available, too.) Follow up Dim Sum with traditional Lettuce Wraps or Satays. For heartier appetites, the entree selection includes traditional favorites, like General Tso’s Chicken (prepared in the Wang family style recipe) or a Howard Wang’s signature recipe (there is a dozen to choose from.)  The Dallas News recommends the Hunan Style Stir Fry (beef) for anyone looking for a low-calorie meal (we have lots more options!)
